Determination of genetically modified sources (GMOs) of plant origin by FLASH PCR.
The main functions of the laboratory:
Identification and diagnostics of especially dangerous and quarantine harmful organisms (pests, plant diseases and weeds) common on the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Qualitative and quantitative determination of genetically modified crop sources (aimed at identifying regulatory sequences (promoter 35S of cauliflower mosaic virus and terminator NOS Agrobacterium tumefasciens)).
